The Grove forges ahead in '08,
despite tough times in retail.

It might not have been a great year for
retail real estate in the Birmingham area,
but that didn’t stop the Grove from
forging ahead.

Construction starts on Hoover
Target project

Construction has started on the
SuperTarget store at The Grove, the new
retail center in Hoover. Derek Weaver,

was unable to discuss specific
details........... with construction started on
Target, the rest of the 600,000 square
foot retail center at Interstate 459 and
Alabama 150 in Hoover will soon follow...
